Owner Consulting
Collectively, we've consulted on hundreds of projects at every developmental stage, from the rough sketch of a design, to land development, funding, permitting, and service utility constructability. Design-Bid-Build
Many times, an Owner will have begun the design process and is seeking to have general contractors bid on the project based on a generalized budgetary goal. This can often become a messy process that places the Owner, Architect, and General Contractor in contention over constructability and budget. Through a pre-construction agreement, we'll assess your design, seek to partner with your selected architect, and help devise the most practical path forward based on your budgetary objectives.
Progressive/Design-Build
Establishing an agreement between the Owner and the Design-Builder at the earliest stages of pre-construction ensures the highest probability that the Owner's design and budgetary goals will be achieved. With over 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience, we have established relationships with local, dedicated trade partners so that we can offer design excellence and subcontractor unification to your project, from pre-construction, to execution, to completion.
